Blue and white, Chinoiserie style glass beads are strung with various sized gold, and cream colored wood beads. Hung with a stunning hand painted shining oyster shell. You can wear it on both sides!
The front of the oyster is hand painted with a gold leaf rim and sealed for protection. The back of the shell is left in it's natural state. The necklace length is 30", hanging approx. 15 inches from the back of the neck, the oyster adds another 2-3 inches. There is no closure on this necklace, in simply slips over the head.
Remove jewelry before entering the water.
Oyster shells measure approximately 2-3 inches long. However, some shells are slightly smaller or larger. Shape and size vary, and no two shells are exactly alike.
